I welcome clients of all life stages and conditions and look forward to working together to facilitate lasting change in their lives.
Born and raised on the West Coast, I have traveled the world whenever possible. In my travels, the pain and suffering that I have witnessed struck me and I have been continually amazed with the amount of relief that the power of touch can bring. I am proud to be part of a profession that uses this power to bring health and wellness to people’s lives.
I completed the 3000 hour program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2011, and have since been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist. Through my massage experience, I have realized my passion in being a part of the healthcare field, treating not just the presenting injury or the symptoms, but the whole person by discovering the nature of the problem and working with my clients to facilitate lasting change in their bodies and lives.
My post grad courses have focused in the areas of Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation and Integrated Fascial Release. I completed the two year Biodynamic Fascial Integration Series at the Bodhi Tree Teaching Centre, which uses the lens of the aforementioned therapies to approach the body as a whole. Craniosacral Therapy has always been of interest to me and I have pursued courses in Advanced Craniosacral Mentorship. I have also worked as a Clinical Supervisor and Teaching Assistant at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. I am currently taking my five year Osteopath program at the Canadian School of Osteopathy.
Driven by an inquisitive mind, I constantly strive to further my education and to inform my clients.
I would be honored to be part of your path to health and wellness, and look forward to seeing you for treatment.
